The Chinese record breaker needs an astonishing combination of concentration, memory, coordination and speed. One mistake could disrupt both the juggling and the solving, yet he keeps going for more than five minutes until the final cube falls into place.
Solving the Cubes Is Only Half the Challenge
Solving one scrambled Rubik’s Cube quickly already requires practice. Juggling three objects requires an entirely different set of skills. Combining the two means Jianyu has only brief moments to manipulate each cube before throwing it back into the air.
Every catch becomes an opportunity. He makes a few rapid turns, launches the cube again and immediately prepares for the next one coming down.
The process continues relentlessly as colors gradually begin lining up across all three cubes. What makes it especially impressive is that the juggling itself never stops while he works toward the solutions.
Que Jianyu ultimately manages to solve 3 Rubik’s Cubes while juggling in just 5 minutes and 2.43 seconds, improving his own previous Guinness World Records achievement.

We love how two difficult skills are combined into one ridiculous challenge. Your eyes naturally follow the cubes flying through the air, but then you remember that Jianyu also has to know exactly which turns to make every time one lands in his hands.
